Jessica has extensive experience in both litigation and transactional law. She focuses her practice on condemnation and eminent domain law, easement and right-of-way disputes, lease and contract negotiations, telecommunications law, and general litigation. She handles all aspects of business law for her clients, including initial negotiation, settlement, mediation, trial, and appeals through all South Carolina state and federal courts.

Jessica represents wireless communications carriers, tower companies, businesses, entities and landowners in the communications industry related to telecom towers, antenna leasing, DAS/IBRD systems, pole attachments, 5G, small cell node networks, and city development. Jessica possesses wide-ranging wireless communications’ industry insight and actively assists clients in negotiation of communications leases and licenses for the deployment of wireless infrastructure and technology across the United States on an expedited basis, as well as the legal support necessary for the continued evolution of that infrastructure and technology.

Jessica was recognized as a Woman of Influence by Columbia Business Monthly in May 2011. Jessica served as a law clerk of the Honorable Kaye G. Hearn, former Chief Judge of the South Carolina Court of Appeals and now a Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court. Jessica’s prior experience also includes working at Howser, Newman & Besley Law Firm and the Pennington Law Firm, both in Columbia, SC and as Assistant State Attorney, Fourth Judicial Circuit, Florida.
